In the heart of Merrick, just a short stroll from town and the Long Island Railroad, sits a pristine and much acclaimed area called Merrick Woods.  The majestic old trees have borne witness to generation after generation of Merokians growing up and growing old here. The important thing is to create an atmosphere in which visitors to the property want to linger awhile. The goal is to get them to picture themselves living there. The way to do it? Create serene, uncluttered spaces that play to the home's best features, and show prospective buyers how the rooms can be used. Most important? Less is more!
