My foray into the world of real estate began innocently enough back in 1986. I was in search of my own home and faced so many frustrations along the way that I found myself saying, over and over again “I could do it better.” By the time I sat at the closing table, feeling at the mercy of all these total strangers with agendas of their own, I knew I wanted to make a difference for the people I encountered going through the same process.
It seems so simple really. Just listen to your clients’ needs and concerns, put their welfare ahead of your own, and be a resource for them whether this is their first home purchase or sale, or their last. My goal now, 28 years into the process of representing buyers and sellers of real estate, is the same as it was on day one. Create an atmosphere in which my clients are as happy at the closing table as they were the day they hired me, and give them enough information to make educated choices about one of life’s most significant financial decisions.
When our paths cross, I want you to feel comfortable, knowing I have your best interests in mind and that I’ll be there with you, explaining what happens next, till we shake hands or hug the day you’re handed or you’ve tendered the keys to your home.
Have a questions? Don’t be afraid to ask. Have lots of questions, write them down and we’ll deal with them, one by one. I’m here for you.
